"Pope's Organs Too Holy to Donate to Mortals Says Church". Aside from the distasteful subject matter -- not sure I'd want the Pontiff's spare parts anyway -- something buried in the text of the article jumped out at me: that his holy roller-ness is "the successor of St. Paul." What did that say? "St. Paul"? I've always read that he's the successor of St. Peter, or maybe of both Peter and Paul, as in, he has their "keys," but never just of Paul! (Actually, I'm tempted to believe that the Simon "Magus" of Acts 8:9-24 is the "Peter" of whom the popes are really successors!)
It can't be what the Roman Catholic Babylonian Institution would officially say, but maybe, just maybe, the archbishop quoted in the article has perhaps noticed that by the end of the Acts period, Paul has definitely replaced Peter as God's spokesman in this new dispensation of the grace of God that has replaced Peter's dispensation of the fulfillment of Jewish prophecy! Of course, nothing could be further from the truth than to say that the Romish Pope is the successor of either Peter or Paul, who both would have forcefully opposed the pagan superstitions of Romanism and its demonic queen mother worship that enslaves the darkened minds of the masses!
Paul is the Apostle of the Gentiles and as such has no successor as God "hath magnified" Paul's office. (Romans 11:13). He did however tell his son in the faith, Timothy, "That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwellest in us;" (2 Tim. 1:14); "And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also." (2 Tim. 2:2). Today we have Paul's writings in our own English language in the King James Bible. Paul has no need of "successors" - just faithful men (and women) who recognize and make known that gospel he cherished.
I'd rather have a heart like Paul's than all the "sainted" relics of the Roman system. Wouldn't you?

To your question: HECK yes!
BTW, there's been posts added to the thread I sent you the other day.
Hi, De! So you see it, too. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day, amen?
I'll check out that thread on the judgment seat at Departure Ready forums; it was fascinating.
Thanks, Debbie
